Dialogue - I will ask you the questions which allow you to formulate your own truthful answers. Everything you need to know is inside of you, but is often difficult to see or hear on your own. I offer you a safe, non judgmental space for you to speak frankly and express yourself authentically.
Listening - Do you ever feel like you are talking and no one is hearing you? Or maybe you don't even want to talk because your friends and family don't take the time or show interest in what you are saying? It's not easy. Many people don't often feel heard nor do they have the support to really speak their minds. Perhaps the most important tool I offer as a coach is listening thoughtfully to your words and feelings. I will listen closely to what you are saying and offer you insightful feedback as needed in the process.
Tools which set me apart from other coaches-
- Feng Shui As part of your coaching session I can offer you simple Feng Shui advice over the phone to assist you in creating smoother energy flow in your environment (home, office). Your surroundings affect you directly and can create blockages in your mind and body which can then manifest as struggle, confusion and even illness. Feng Shui is a powerful tool which will open up energy channels in your external world and in turn can unblock the pathways leading to your goals and desires. - Energy Healing As a Reiki Master I am certified in providing long distance and hands-on energy healing to support your transitions and open the energy channels in your body for healing and expansion. Through the use of Reiki you may experience a variety of outcomes including deep relaxation, a reduction in tension and an overall feeling of wellbeing.
